Yes. We believe in regular reviews to ensure safe use of medications, and recommend a consultation before getting a referral to ensure an appropriate treatment pathway is being implemented.

Patients that do not attend an appointment without providing 24 hours notice of cancellation will still be charged a standard consultation fee.

Further appointments will not be able to be made until this fee is paid.

Medicare Australia is your government funded insurance policy for some forms of healthcare. This is not meant to be payment for your doctor, rather a subsidy for patients towards the cost of their care.

In order to claim a rebate, we require you to bring your Medicare card to your appointment so we can verify your details. This enables us to process an on the spot Medicare claim via our software.

You can also submit your own claim online or via your Medicare app.

Yes we do. However, you are only eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have been seen at Rose Healthcare in person within the previous 12 months. Without this condition it will be a private fee with no rebate.

Yes. All test results require a follow up appointment with your doctor. Please book in a consultation to discuss your results within 1-2 weeks of going for the test/investigations recommended by your doctor.

Rose Healthcare will be closed from 28th December 2024 until the 14th January 2025 to give our staff a well earned break.

We will not be responding to calls or emails during these dates. Book in to secure your spot before our practice closure period.
